So, Mark has this funky, stylish, playful cousin Natalie, who lives in Texas. We don't get to see each other often, but thanks to Blogger and Facebook, we're all pretty well acquainted.
For Yvette's card shower, she sent us an envelope full of Natalie-style fun: Groucho Marx glasses for all the kids. The morning the envelope arrived, we had to drop everything and try them on.
And take pictures (of course!):
The whole horde of Phoglets, à la Groucho Marx. As you can tell, I like this picture so much, I put it up as the welcome mat for my blog. It seems to me to be the epitome of my life with Phogles.
Birthday girl Groucho Yvette, without whom we would never have had this privilege.
Groucho George, looking like it he was always meant to be this way
Lucy really felt the glasses and nose needed this face to wear them (Hi, Rora!)
Eliza was totally inspired, and wouldn't rest until I let her dress up and pose like Charlie Chaplin.
Thank you, Natalie! Thank you for adding pizazz to everything you do. We have had so much fun. Groucho would be proud.
